1. Control system: Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen and a graphical operation interface, the operation is simple and easy to learn; 

2. Cutting length: ≥ 50mm, cutting speed: 18 ± 0.5m/min, cutting deviation: ≤ 1%, cutting width: ≤ 400mm; Sealing strength meets ISO 11607 requirements for sterile barrier systems.

4. Temperature setting: The working temperature can be set arbitrarily between 60~220 ℃, with 6 commonly used preset temperatures for easy and quick setting of the required temperature; Temperature deviation: microcomputer intelligent temperature control, temperature deviation ± 1%; 

5. Function type: It has the function of automatic feeding, cutting, sealing, and printing. The length and quantity of packaging bags can be set according to actual needs. After starting, the equipment can complete automatic feeding, cutting, sealing, and automatically print the set parameters; It can be cut separately, sealed separately, sealed and printed separately, and can be used for multiple purposes with one machine; 

6. Multi roll cutting function: It can be loaded into multiple rolls of paper plastic bags of different widths at once, achieving simultaneous cutting, sealing, and printing of multiple rolls, improving equipment efficiency; 

7. Parameter setting and storage: Built in clock, cutting, sealing and other working parameters can be set freely and have automatic storage function. The various parameters used by the device can be set or changed through the LCD touch screen; 

8. Heating and cooling: With a rapid heating design, the room temperature rises to 180 ℃ in less than 40 seconds, which is efficient and energy-saving, meeting the needs of fast-paced work. The auxiliary cooling design and microcomputer controlled cooling system reduce the time required for adjusting from high temperature sealing to low temperature sealing; 

9. Safety guarantee: High safety, when the deviation between the sealing temperature and the set working temperature exceeds 4 ℃, the equipment will automatically stop working, effectively ensuring the quality of sealing and the safe operation of the equipment; 

10. Self checking function: automatic detection of the working process, automatic alarm prompt in case of faults; 

11. Standby function: automatic energy-saving standby, adjustable standby time and temperature, and automatically enters working mode when the device has a signal intervention; 

12. Sealing test mode: The sealing machine has a running detection function and parameter inspection mode, which can detect and display the equipment's operating pressure and speed in real time. In the parameter inspection mode, the equipment's speed, pressure, temperature, and testing time information can be printed.
